ATTENTION! BY PLAYING THE GAME AND/OR DOWNLOADING, COPYING, INSTALLING THE GAME CLIENT SOFTWARE AND/OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION.
By registering an account or using the Game in any other way, you confirm that you have reached the age of 13 and you understand and accept this End User License Agreement.
If you do not have legal capacity or there are other restrictions in your jurisdiction, then you are not permitted to use the Game.
EVOLIO Game Team has the possibility to detect breaches, for example IP location, and may deny service unilaterally without compensation.
This agreement is a legal agreement between EVOLIO Game Team and the individual User.
1.1. This Agreement applies to the game EVOLIO.
1.2. The Game Rules and Privacy Policy are integral parts of this Agreement.
1.3. Exclusive property rights belong to EVOLIO Game Owner.
1.4. The User accepts that all rights to use the Game belong to the Owner of exclusive rights.
All game elements, characters, items, and currency are property of the Rights Holder.
2.1. The Possessor of Rights provides access to the game and additional services under the conditions of this agreement.
2.2. Responsibilities: Provide game access, communication services, and notify changes.
2.3. Rights: Limit services, change gameplay at will, and collect statistical data.
2.4. Limited liability: The User uses the Game at their own risk. Compatibility is User responsibility.
2.5. Obligations: User must be over 13 and comply with all Game Rules.
3.1. Advanced, special features may be provided for a fee upon User request.
4.1. User is responsible for any content they place. We bear no liability for User behavior.
5.1. This Agreement may be amended without notice. Failure to read is not an excuse.
