This policy (hereafter referred to as «Policy» or «Privacy Policy») as well as the End User License Agreement (EULA) regulate issues related to the collection, storage and processing of personal data of the players participating in the Game. To ensure transparency and security, this Privacy Policy informs You about the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data processed by Us while using the Game or related services.

1.3. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Upon a change in Policy, We will alert You with a conspicuous in-Game notice. Your continued use of the Game constitutes Your consent to the updated Policy.

• The nickname You chose for playing the Game.

10.1. We implement a variety of security measures, including SSL encryption and secured networks, to maintain the safety of Your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

11. Cookies and Local Storage

11.1. We use local storage to save Your game preferences and high scores. These are "first-party" technical requirements to make the Game operational. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising without Your explicit consent.
